We use our own wonderful oil every day and in every way but I guess our favourite is toast drizzled with oil and a little sea salt, which a friend collects from small salt pans on a little island just half a mile out into the sea. We also make a simple local lentil stew with stock, garlic, onion and tomato, the lentils simmering with the addition of a good cup of our oil. Simple, cheap and very, very moreish!
